I also cannot eat tuna or any type of fish from the oceans to fresh water. Fish also make me very sick. Can I have a steak instead ?

Canned tuna is okay...

But you can't beat fresh tuna, lightly grilled with boiled new potatoes in their skins, and fresh vegetables...
